Once you’ve booked, we’ll send an email confirming your order, next steps and your move-in date.

Drive up to our Firbank Way office and meet one of our friendly team members, who will guide you to your new container.
Our containers accommodate standard UK (1200mm x 1000mm) and Euro pallets (1200mm x 800mm).
We don’t typically offer loading and unloading services, but feel free to contact us if you require assistance.
Our minimum stay is 1 month, and there is no maximum length of stay. We offer free van rental for bookings of 6 months or more.
We offer 24/7 keypad-controlled access to our site, so you can retrieve or store your pallets whenever required.
We employ a host of security measures to protect your items, including NACOSS Gold Security padlocks, 24-hour CCTV, floodlighting, CISA padlocks, and keypad controlled access.
You cannot store hazardous materials. This includes flammables, toxins, oils, acids, corrosives, and dangerous waste. This keeps our storage facilities secure for everyone who uses them.
We don’t provide insurance directly but for independent, low cost and flexible cover, we recommend using Insure and Store.
